Where is the Casa Portuguesa Supermarket located?

Currently, we operate exclusively online. In the future, we would love to open a physical store to welcome you more closely. We are working to make that possible.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, for free deliveries. As deliveries are made by hand, there is a minimum order value of €15. If your order value is below this minimum, we charge €3.50 for the delivery fee. Please consult our Shipping Policy.

How do deliveries work?

Currently, we only do hand deliveries in the city of Eindhoven. After completing your purchase on the website, you will receive a message from us to schedule the delivery directly to your home, ideally within 48 hours.

I don't live in Eindhoven, can I still make a purchase?

Yes, as long as you collect your order in Eindhoven. Since we don't yet deliver outside the city, we can arrange a pick-up at a pre-arranged location in Eindhoven.

Will you be adding more products to the website?

Yes! We are currently in a soft opening phase, but our goal is to continue to increase the variety of products available on the website. Do you accept returns?

If there is any problem with your order, please contact us and we will analyze each situation in the best possible way.

Are products subject to limited stock?

Yes, currently we work with reduced stock levels. We recommend that you place your order as soon as the product becomes available.

How can I find out when new products arrive?

You can keep up with new arrivals through our website, social media, and newsletter, where we share new products and restocks.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible to check the possibility of modification or cancellation.

What happens if a product is unavailable?

If any product becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or issue a refund.

Do you sell 'pão com chouriço' (bread with chorizo) online?

We do not sell 'pão com chouriço' online. As it is a product made fresh on the spot, we can only make it available at the local FeelGood Market to ensure the best quality and freshness.

We will be participating in the FeelGood Market during the summer months, so it will be the perfect opportunity for you to try our freshly made 'pão com chouriço'.

Do you sell supermarket products at the FeelGood Market?

No. We cannot sell resale products at the FeelGood Market. However, it's an excellent opportunity to come and taste typical Portuguese food, support small businesses, and meet new people in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.
