 1 Casa Portuguesa: two ways to bring Portugal to you, in the Eindhoven region

We are Sofia and João, two Portuguese living in Eindhoven for almost 4 years. After many trips between Portugal and the Netherlands with suitcases full of Portuguese food, we realized we weren't the only ones feeling homesick.

Our home often became a Portuguese gathering spot, with typical Portuguese dinners, good food on the table, and friends around. These moments, and the encouragement from our friends, inspired us to share a little more of Portugal with others.

A Casa Portuguesa was born precisely from this idea: to create a project that was more than an online store. We want it to be a "home" where Portugal is always a little closer. Sofia is responsible for managing everything behind the scenes: from the website, social media, orders, and communication, to ensuring that every customer feels supported. João is our resident baker, responsible for making the best pão com chouriço in Eindhoven and its surroundings, always with dedication and Portuguese flavor.

We are starting small, but with a strong desire to grow, build community, and bring more and more Portuguese flavors to Eindhoven.
